The ingredients of my success

I have always known what I wanted to do in life; to follow in my father’s footsteps and become a chef like him. Even though all of his colleagues discouraged me, since I was a child I knew that my destiny was to be in the kitchen.
When the time came to decide upon my future, I confidently chose a Hotel School, and enrolled at the IPSSAR G. Maffioli di Castelfranco Veneto. After receiving my diploma, my career was about to begin, and I was finally able to put into practice what I had studied, working as a cook in well-known restaurants, and progressing to 3 star Michelin restaurants.
One can never be too sure of himself in the kitchen, and because of this I desired to keep up with the latest trends and techniques, attending courses to further enhance my knowledge.
I was fortunate to come into contact with an important foreign family, who I currently follow between London, Paris and on voyages on their private yacht as their chef. For years I have worked as a private chef utilizing my talent and preparation in the art of fine cuisine.


My passion for cooking begins, and after tasting my first meals I decided to become a chef.


Graduation from Hotel School leads me to my first experiences in the restaurant business.

Courses and Training

I continue perfecting my technique through advanced training at “Cast Alimentari”.

First work

Hard work finally pays off and I am hired by a 3 star Michelin restaurant.
