I accompany my guests in discovering excellent producers explaining the characteristics and uniqueness of their typical products. After selecting our groceries, we enter the kitchen to prepare what we have chosen and how to exalt the various flavors of the ingredients. As we cook I slowly explain step by step the recipes and small tricks to improve and enhance the flavors of the local produce and ingredients. Upon finishing we all sit down to share an exquisite lunch or dinner tasting what we have prepared. All this is accompanied by the best wines of the region.
