After selecting our groceries, we enter the kitchen to prepare what we have chosen and <strong>how to exalt the various flavors of the ingredients<\/strong>. As we cook I slowly explain step by step the recipes and small tricks to improve and enhance the flavors of the local produce and ingredients. Upon finishing we all sit down to share an exquisite lunch or dinner tasting what we have prepared.
