Personal Chef

I come to your home and prepare a fabulous menu for you and your guests.
Beforehand, we choose together what to cook, tailored to your requests, using the best of seasonal ingredients. I personally handle every detail, from the shopping to the preparation, bringing along my own equipment. If more time is required, I begin to work at my own home.
During lunch or dinner I will serve perhaps in the company of an assistant if necessary. To make the experience even more memorable and enticing I can suggest which wines to serve, advised by an excellent sommelier.
At the end of the meal I will handle all the clean-up , leaving the dining area and kitchen as clean and as orderly as upon my arrival. As a personal chef, I am also available for clients for a prolonged period of time; at a beach house or a mountain retreat, as well as on a private yacht.
