A dish with an autumn fragrance. The sweetness of the pumpkin cream is softened by a savory and crunchy touch given by the luganega, a typical sausage of my territory, and the Chiodini mushrooms that I enjoyed as a child to gather in the woods.

The provola gives it that smoky flavor that recalls the typical cooking of grilled luganega.
